Wow, what an amazing start to the school term for our EYFS children! We have had a super busy few days and have started our topic – All about me! The children have been learning about themselves and all have completed their self portraits and have signed up to follow the new classroom rules and routines by painting their hands! (Pledging to commit to Northside’s expectations). The children have had some time in the continuous provision areas and have been exploring their classroom and socialising with their friends. They have also been very lucky with the sunshine and have loved being back outdoors in the outdoor classroom!Next week we are looking at our family and friends and will be researching our family trees, would it be possible for each child to bring in some baby photos that they have and some family photos that they don’t mind sharing?
